Siobhán Noonan, Post-Doctoral Fellow

Siobhán Noonan provides compassionate, evidence-based care at LifeStance Health, where she supports children, teens, and adults across New York in building resilience and improving their emotional well-being. She offers individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychological testing, tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of her patients. With a warm, approachable style, she helps clients better understand their struggles and find practical strategies to overcome them. Siobhán works with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and childhood behavior issues, as well as those experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety. She also supports clients facing school avoidance, adjustment disorders, and borderline personality disorder. By drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family-focused interventions, she empowers her patients to develop healthier thought patterns, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships. She is particularly passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. Siobhán understands the unique challenges these individuals and their families face, and she creates a supportive environment that celebrates strengths while addressing behavioral, social, and emotional needs. She is equally committed to providing affirming care to LGBTQ+ patients, ensuring they feel respected and supported as they navigate their mental health journey. Outside of her work, Siobhán enjoys spending quality time with her family, singing, and staying active. These personal passions fuel her energy and empathy, qualities she brings to her clinical work each day.
