Getting to know Ben Twogood
Individuals, couples, families, and adolescents work with Ben to change the narrative of their lives to become the people that they want to be. As a therapist, Ben treats clients from a strengths-based perspective, and he tailors his therapeutic approach to each individual patient utilizing psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, narrative and mindfulness-based techniques based in a family systems framework. Ben uses his 20+ years working with human services organizations to support and help clients navigate community services and systems.
Ben earned his Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Minnesota. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Alfred Adler Graduate School and is licensed through the state of Minnesota as a marriage and family therapist.
