I see everyone as a story that’s continually unfolding and my role as a counselor is to help my clients pick up the pen again when their lives have become stagnant. I walk alongside them while they tackle critical concerns in their life and navigate mental, emotional, and relational difficulties.

I believe humans have limitless capacity for continued growth, change, and development. I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment where my clients are able to explore, reflect, learn, and grow in myriad arenas of their lives. I approach each session recognizing the infinite value of every person and the unwavering dignity we each deserve.

I provide individual counseling services to adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational concerns, and self-esteem issues, among others.
