I'd just like to say in response to the people who left negative remarks about Lifestance, their office staff, & doctors, that I personally, have had much better experiences since the change from Beaumont Behavioral Health. The previous doctor that I had NEVER refilled my prescriptions on time. Every single month, when my meds ran out, I had to call and call to leave messages for her. I would feel so bad for the office staff because I felt like I was pestering them to death. I would always go anywhere from 2 to 8 days, every single month, waiting on my prescriptions to be refilled. However, once Lifestance took over, everything changed! For the BETTER! I all of a sudden had a new doctor that seems to really and truly care. And since seeing this new doctor, I've always gotten my prescriptions ON TIME! She listens to my opinion on my treatment and we work "together" , and that makes a huge difference. Because no one knows your body, and how it responds to medication, like you do. The doctor I'd seen in the past, didn't listen to me and I didn't even realize how ineffective her treatment was, until I began to see this new doctor. I actually live approximately 2 hours away from their office. But for myself, I feel that this level of care is totally worth the drive. Lifestance has changed and quite literally saved my life. And that's priceless to me. Thank you so much Miss Rebecca O'Hair! YOU are the best Doc.!

Lifestance is a wonderful place for people who are having trouble with emotions and anxiety issues as well as depression. The staff is always helpful and supportive when dealing with sensitive issues. They’re a joy to have as a part of your care team. Most of my visits are by video as long as I’m having a consistent mood or improvement. My psychiatrist is a brilliant person who has brought me out of the depths of pure hell!! I am grateful to have her in my care team. If you need someone to talk to or are ready to face the fear of those putting us all in their perfect little world all cooped in a box out of the way,…. I couldn't get the link to work correctly on either of my appointments. It caused me to have to reschedule one and be delayed on the other one. Lots of technical difficulties. However, my therapist got me settled in and we had a wonderful session (for a 1st visit). I'd recommend her for her patience and persistence, and for not getting frustrated with my sobbing or my lack of knowledge regarding my medication. LifeStance seems amazingly prepared to help anyone with mental health concerns or life care issues, and they cared, it was easy to see (even in my frame of mind). I am glad to have been referred here, and nowhere else!

I’ve been a patient with LifeStance since October of 2024 and I don’t have one bad thing to say. They always answer when I call, they always call back if needed, they go above and beyond to help you get answers to any questions. My therapist is Beth and I will follow her wherever she goes because she talks to me like I am her friend not a client and for me that makes all the difference. She always responds quickly if I leave a message on their patient portal which is a fabulous tool to have I wish all doctor offices had one. If you are in need of great care sign up to Life Stance you won’t regret it!

David (William) Back and Mark Martin have been Godsends. They're extremely knowledgeable about mental health and from the first visit I could tell each genuinely care about patients. I have never had better treatment., would never go elsewhere. If you need treatment, I'd strongly urge you to see them. You deserve the Best, and that's what they are.

There has been some high turnover which has made it difficult and a little stressful but the office staff has always tried their best to make the transitions smooth. I’ve seen numerous physicians over the past couple years while being with them and they have always treated me great. So far my new doctor is very nice and listens to my concerns!
