Today was my first visit and I cannot say enough good things about the Nurse Practitioner Casey Kundert and LifeStance! The appointment was easy to schedule and they were able to make me an appointment sooner than I expected. I received multiple appointment reminders and a link to fill out forms prior to my appointment which made everything seamless. I specifically wanted to point out that Casey Kundert is the best medical provider I have ever seen! I was very anxious for my visit but he made me feel very comfortable, never made me feel rushed, and provided a compassionate and intersectional approach to my care. I’ve worked with several therapists throughout my life, but David Orvin has truly stood out as someone who has made a meaningful impact. From the very beginning, he’s been incredibly easy to talk to—nonjudgmental, calm, and genuinely thoughtful in his approach. He also consistently offers practical, easy-to-use tools and resources that help me continue the work we do in session in my day-to-day life. As a 33-year-old woman, I wasn’t sure if working with a male therapist would be the right fit for me based on past experiences—but I’m so grateful I gave it a chance. David has created a space where I feel heard and supported. Interestingly, when I’ve mentioned him in passing around town, I’ve heard from others who’ve had similarly positive experiences—his reputation is clearly well earned. I highly recommend David to anyone seeking a grounded, compassionate, and insightful therapist who also brings real-world tools to the table.

I have always had a great experience with LifeStance! After my first ever therapy session, (which is nerve-wracking in and of itself) I was so anxious about switching my provider. My first counselor was great, I just wanted someone closer to my age and that I felt more comfortable with. With discretion and no problems whatsoever, they matched me with someone that was perfect for my needs!! I am so thankful that I was able to avoid any guilt or additional worries during that process. Once I moved across the state, I very quickly found another doctor that I loved. As someone who is seeking help with anxiety and others’ perceptions, I appreciate LifeStance beyond measure!

From the very first session, he made my mother feel heard and valued, immediately earning her trust. I met with Michael Casey Kundert, and I couldnt recommend him enough! I have a ton of medical anxiety and try to avoid the doctor as much as i can. Casey was easy going, was a good listener, and had good solutions for me. He also seemed like he was really trying to pick the right thing for me and not just sticking me with a popular drug. We also talked about things I could be doing better on a daily basis in regards to my lifestyle. Overall a great experience, will definitely be coming back to work with Casey with my issues!

I had the pleasure of speaking, by phone to Dillon in your Mount Pleasant office for an appointment that I was trying to schedule in West Ashley.Not only was he professional, he had a special voice that made you feel safe, and his delivery was gentle, but mature and knowledgeable. I have done lots of calls online and spoken to lots of people who answer the phone, but never one like Dillon. I hope you will recognize him and hold onto him tight. He’s a GEM!
