The process of booking my appointment was very easy thanks to the well designed website. I was contacted twice by the office once to be reminded of my appointment and 24 hours before the appointment for reminding me to complete online the paperwork. The first appointment with the therapist was done remotely. She was very professional in explaining what she could and could not share outside the meetings. She explained the policy about missing appointments in a very clear but compassionate way. Finally, she was attentive to what I was saying and appeared to me to emphatize with the stress of my medical history. She appeared to me very balanced in interrupting me for clarification and restraining herself to her talking for me to open up. I think that my journey with Nicole (my therapist) will be a fruitful one. I hope that this review will help someone to overcome his/ her own hesitation and sick counseling by one of these fully licensed therapists. At last but not least this facility accepts all the major health insurances. So money cannot be an excuse anymore for not sicking counseling; your mental health deserve attention as or even more than your physical health.

I have had two theraptist with life stance. I did not feel the first was a great fit for me personally. I took a little break from the company but came back and found a new therapist that seemed to be highly recommended online and by the company. I have only had one session with him but I felt super comfortable in telling him things about my religion and diagnosed conditions without getting any judgment. Instead, he seemed very interested and kind. The system they use, vsee, is garbage. I have had problems with it during previous visits as well as during thins one. However, we were able to figure it out by switvhing to teams. Ans I'm told that they are in the process of switching to a new telehealth system.

I love the help I get here, they truly listen to me, and they make me feel safe to talk about my struggles. I have tried other places and it was very disappointing the poor quality and lack of professionalism they gave me, to the point that I was actually hesitant about trying a different place, but as a Psychologist myself I truly believe in the great importance of taking care of our mental health as much as we do with our physical health, so I gave it a try here and I do recommend them! I love having virtual consultations specially with Michigan's weather.

Booking experience is great. I generally make my appointments with my doctor at the end of each session. If I need to make a changes, customer service make sure that any changes are handled. I'm grateful for LifeStance 3/6/2026 I had my last session with my doctor. She is moving on. I'm proud and sad at the same time. I have had the absolute best experience. Dr. Megan is the real Shero. I've never had an issue with the booking experience

Everyone I’ve met with from LifeStance has been very supportive, personable and professional. The video visits have worked flawlessly and are easy to use. I really appreciate this option. Not having to drive to an appointment and being able to stay in the comfort of my home is great. The brief time I spent there was outstanding, the only reason it was brief is becouse my needs require a different type of a doctor. Trust me I wish I was one of there patients. They were able to get me an appointment with a doctor right away, also very courteous and prompt I didn't have to wait in waiting room at all.
