I have had the BEST experience thus far. Although, therapy has its own invitation that a person can manage to go to. I found that arriving to the office in Newport News is welcoming. The ladies in the front office are both courteous and friendly. The waiting room does not make you feel like your waiting in a doctors office. As far as therapist go. Bethany Campbell has changed all aspects of how much I truly see and trust the process. I am appreciative of LifeStance having her and therapist alike in the office to help anyone with mental health/wellbeing. I would also include customer service, I had an issue and the representatives took care of the problem with little to no frustration.

Lifestance is a great network for connecting people with mental health providers. Last year I got connected with Sharena Goosun, and I’ve really enjoyed working with her. She is engaging, empathetic, enthusiastic, and insightful. Her experience in cognitive behavioral therapy has been helpful for me doing the work to cope with my anxiety and depression, and her fresh perspective has helped me improve my relationship with my wife and with myself. I truly value her as my therapist.

My Psychiatrist Dr.Andrew Buchholz is a excellent Psychiatrist it was my 1st time with this Doctor he really takes his time with his Patients I was very comfortable to talk to him and I finally found a Psychiatrist who can tell what's wrong with me he is very professional but also super friendly feel real good and looking forward to go back to him end of this month..no long waiting time..very friendly environment..I am so happy that I found this Psychiatrist

I love my therapist! She’s always right on time and she understands me and my concerns. She’s knowledgeable on health subjects that you wouldn’t think a therapist would know. She listens And then asks questions and makes suggestions and offers alternatives. I think she completely understands me and supports me through difficult Times.
