When I tell you I love my therapist Jessica Rojas I really do love her from the moment I meet her she was very nice understanding and has a warm soul it's like talking to my sister I was in a dark place and she pulled me out of it I cannot express how thankful i am that she is a part of my life she has helped me through so much and now it's to the point that when I am having a moment she pops up in my head and I am calm and relaxed and I know I can make it through whatever I am going through I am aging grateful to God that he lead me to her I am forever grateful to her and her sessions with her so again thank you God for Jessica Rojas she is truly my salvation and I got on the family discount thank you thank you!!!

I suffer from a phobia and behavioral issues. Before I sought therapy I was depressed, highly anxious, and having regular panic attacks. I chose LifeStance because of their excellent reviews. They matched me with a behavioral therapist, Dr. Senn. I am 5 months in and have seen steady progress. Dr. Senn's approach, non-judgmental attitude, and corrective strategies have helped me to take accountability for my thoughts and behaviors. This has opened the door for me to get control back over my life and my mind. I am glad I took a leap of faith and found a therapy that works, and a therapist that is worth their salt.

Dr. Amy James is truly caring and an overall amazing psychiatrist. I’ve seen a few throughout my life and never have connected with her like I have with other Psychiatrists. She listens to you and hears you without judging! She gets it and works with you to create a great treatment plan to help you live a better quality of life. I also started doing therapy as well through Life Stance and excited to see with both combined how much it will help me! There is no point in suffering. Highly recommended Life Stance for your overall well being.

Appointment started exactly on time, no unnecessary waiting. The give you helpful reminders about your appointments and what you need to do to prepare beforehand. Easy check in process. Dr. James is a great listener, like she was trying to get a comprehensive understanding of my medical history, I felt trusted, and like my immediate concerns were being addressed. Would highly recommend, especially if you have the insurance to do so.

My husband has been a patient of Ms. Amy James for over a year now he has found seeing her to be very beneficial to his welfare and Mental Health. He has had nothing but good experiences with her. She listens well to his problems, they discuss them and work them out to where he always feels better after seeing her. I highly recommend her if anyone needs help and needs to be seen by a professional.
