I highly recommend Katherine Yates at Lifestance! She is wonderful! She has literally given my son whom just turned 18 in December, amazing life skills to help a teen young man the tools to work through his anxiety and actually smile again without the worries that our youth are having to deal with in today's world. My son has seen her for about 8 months and now has the ability to control his environment and emotions to work for him and not be intimidated with his feelings. He is now in charge and control of his life- not life controlling him. I'm so very proud of the work that he has done and the skills that Katherine has given him to make these changes in his life. Katherine made this process easy for my son so that this was attainable for him to be genuinely happy with his life. Lifelong skills. I haven't got the words of gratitude for Katherine Yates and Lifestance for what they have done for my son. Katherine Yates is so very good at her job, my son felt very comfortable opening up to her about his difficulties, concerns and feelings. She then worked with him giving him ALL of the skills, teaching him how to get control of his WHOLE LIFE! It brings me to tears how grateful that I am to Katherine Yates and Lifestance. THIS IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE, THERAPIST AND THING THAT I COULD GIVE TO MY SON BEING A PARENT! We did good, very very good! The support I've received through New Heights over the past year has been an absolute godsend. The environment is warm and inviting. The staff are professional and friendly. Seeking help can be an anxiety inducing task, but the New Heights staff will put you at complete ease during the process. The counselors genuinely care about their clients. You will feel heard, understood, and validated. Their staff will help you walk away with insight and tools to accomplish your goals. I highly recommend this location!

New Heights in Plano is an amazing place. It's a very comforting environment with incredible counselors. The staff not only cares well for their clients, but also for being the best they can be for their clients. The staff is so well-trained, well-rounded, welcoming, and professional. My life has been changed since going to New Heights. If you are looking for counseling, this is a perfect place to start!

New Heights was incredible- they are friendly, inviting, and comforting. The counselors have all been excellent listeners and encouragers. This practice is really wonderful. They have great counselors on staff who are highly trained and well-equipped to handle a wide variety of counseling needs. They are all very professional and I would highly recommend any of their locations!
