Amazing Experience, period! From the beginning when I contacted the office to schedule an appointment to see one of their psychiatrists, all the way to the actual appointment itself with the therapist. Just great service all around. Also, I have to give a special shoutout to Dr. Eliza Griffin, my therapist, for giving me even extra time on top of the designated time for my scheduled visit as she was attentive, listened to every detail I told her, was very welcoming and receptive to the topics I discussed with her, and I honestly can’t wait to see how the future visits to her office will be like. Excited and happy I took the first step towards healing (Thanks to God) and hopefully it’ll all lead to a great payoff. Thank you LifeStance! Keep up the great work guys!

Before I started therapy, I had seen a career coach as that's what I thought I needed, that wasn't the case, I just needed a therapist. I had been through two others until I became a patient of Emily's. Emily is straight and to the point but does it in a great way. She also holds me accountable from session to session which is what I need. I feel like when I walk into the office, my shoulders are up to my ears with stress and things to discuss and when I leave, I feel like a lighter person and way less stress. Office is great too!

I am so glad that my therapist switched over to LifeStance. I feel supported whenever I call the office to arrange an appointment; I am greeted pleasantly over the phone and it is so much easier to make an appointment. I like the patient portal where I am able to ask questions, view upcoming appointments, review my insurance information, and pay any bills. I also really like my therapist as they are knowledgeable, kind-hearted, and funny. They make me feel valued.

The mere fact that they take insurance and have both therapists and prescribers would be enough for the 5 stars, since that is so rare. But I also was matched with a doctor when I first started who I felt was not good, and within an hour of me requesting to change providers, I got a call from a person who was happy to switch me. I met with the new provider today and she is everything that I could hope for!

The online meeting platform was helpful with scheduling. My initial appointment with my psychiatrist was fantastic. She messaged me to let me know she was running a bit late - I appreciated the heads up!. i felt like she took her time & really listened and understood what I had to say. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just a number. She also recommended a therapist as well that would fit my needs!

LifeStance has their ish together!!! From the convenience of scheduling online to logging in to my sessions, with plenty of reminders in between, this organization knows how to run things. My therapist, Sharon, is amazing. Down to Earth, made me feel very comfortable from the first minute we spoke. After nearly a year, I feel better than I have since I was a spunky teenager! A++
