Rory Sullivan, Clinician Intern

Rory Sullivan helps adults in Massachusetts build healthier relationships with themselves and others through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. She provides a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting change. Rory offers individual therapy, Executive Functioning Coaching, and parent training. She focuses on helping individuals and parents develop tools that foster resilience, communication, and healing. Her approach emphasizes restoring balance during times of disruption and empowering clients to create healthier patterns for the future. By incorporating interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rory provides strategies that encourage growth, emotional regulation, and connection. She also offers additional interventions to ensure individualized care. Outside of her clinical work, Rory enjoys expressing her creativity through crochet, music, and painting. She finds balance in outdoor activities like swimming, hammocking, and hiking, and she appreciates time with friends, family, and restorative downtime watching movies or TV.
