Traci is particularly passionate about addressing childhood behavior issues, school avoidance, and parenting challenges. By incorporating family therapy and exposure therapy into her practice, she helps families improve communication and strengthen relationships. She also supports individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, those impacted by developmental disabilities, and first responders, fostering a sense of connection and understanding in her work. Traci’s comprehensive assessments and therapeutic techniques, such as motivational interviewing and psychodynamic therapy, ensure her clients receive well-rounded care.
When she’s not helping her clients achieve their mental health goals, Traci enjoys spending time with her five rescue cats and her Great Dane. She loves exercising, traveling, and indulging in human-interest documentaries and reality television shows. A foodie at heart, Traci delights in exploring cuisines from various cultures, often sharing these experiences with friends. Her hobbies reflect her belief in the importance of balance and self-care, principles she brings into her therapeutic practice.
