Alexandra Monrroy-Vossoughi, Nurse Practitioner

Alexandra Monrroy-Vossoughi, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in outpatient and crisis care settings. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed a competitive Nurse Practitioner Residency at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, where she received advanced training across diverse psychiatric settings including emergency services, substance use treatment, PTSD care, and community mental health. Before joining LifeStance, Alexandra worked at Westside Community Services in San Francisco, where she supported individuals with serious mental illness, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma-related conditions. She is experienced in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management—including long-acting injectables—risk assessment, and collaborative, patient-centered treatment planning. She is committed to creating a compassionate, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental space, with a focus on improving access to care and supporting patients in achieving stability and meaningful recovery. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and engaging in activities such as hiking, salsa dancing, snowboarding, yoga, meditation, and Pilates.
