With an integrative and holistic approach, she will seek to understand each aspect of your health including physical, behavioral, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social. Karissa pays special attention to each client’s personal history, specific context, traumatic life experiences and stressful circumstances; all of which she approaches with patience, warmth, and understanding. She offers helpful explanations that facilitate treatment and builds the client’s sense of comfort and trust. Karissa understands that each individual is unique and takes a therapeutic approach in reaching treatment goals.

She enjoys working with patients who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. Karissa is dedicated to providing empathetic, patient centered care. Outside of work, Karissa enjoys staying active, working out, hiking, biking, and trying new foods at different restaurants.
