Jolanta Budnik, Nurse Practitioner

Jolanta specializes in treating mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety, trauma, and psychotic disorders. She is particularly passionate about supporting those living with addiction, eating disorders, or ADHD, and integrates evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients through healing and growth. Whether helping a teen manage symptoms of trauma or assisting an adult through a midlife transition complicated by grief or sleep disruption, Jolanta tailors care to each individual’s needs with compassion and clarity.

She is especially dedicated to working with individuals affected by developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and co-occurring medical or somatic conditions. Jolanta also provides affirming care for military veterans and women navigating postpartum challenges, life transitions, and trauma recovery.
