Marcy Tichacek helps adults and seniors across California find greater balance, stability, and purpose through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. With decades of experience as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, Marcy combines medical insight with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection.
