Kirin Sidhu, Nurse Practitioner
Kirin Sidhu, PMHNP, provides psychiatric care for adults ages 18–64 across California, with a focus on creating a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and genuinely human. She offers medication management and integrative treatment, but more importantly, she approaches each patient with deep care, curiosity, and a commitment to truly understanding their experience, not just their diagnosis.
Kirin works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma and PTSD, sleep disorders, and eating disorders. She is especially attentive to the nuances of each person’s story, recognizing that symptoms don’t exist in isolation, they are shaped by life experiences, relationships, identity, and the nervous system. Her approach blends thoughtful psychopharmacology with mindfulness-based work, and she also offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration for patients seeking deeper healing and perspective shifts.
She works with a wide range of individuals, including first responders, veterans, men, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Kirin understands that reaching out for help can feel vulnerable or even unfamiliar, and she meets patients with warmth, respect, and without judgment. Her goal is to create a space where patients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to take risks in their growth, and empowered to actively participate in their care.
What sets Kirin apart is the way she shows up in the work. She is deeply present with her patients and values a relationship that goes beyond surface-level care. She doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment, instead, she works alongside each person to find what truly resonates and leads to sustainable change. Whether that means refining medications, building practical coping tools, or exploring deeper therapeutic work, she remains committed to helping patients move toward a life that feels more aligned, stable, and meaningful.
Outside of her clinical work, Kirin enjoys hiking, running, ecstatic dance, contact improv, traveling, playing guitar, participating in cacao ceremonies, and practicing Vipassana and yin yoga. These practices ground her in presence and connection, which are values she brings into her work with patients every day.
