Jessica Darling, Nurse Practitioner
Jessica is a triple board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in nursing. She has trained and worked at some of the nation’s leading healthcare institutions, providing care across the lifespan with a healing-centered, education-forward, and person-focused approach.
With a broad and diverse background in healthcare, Jessica has experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients across multiple specialties, including mental health, pain management, cardiology, rheumatology, critical care, primary care, palliative care, hospice, and case management.
Jessica is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for her clients. She is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health through education and advocacy. Her clinical focus includes medication management for adult and geriatric clients with conditions such as:

Outside of her clinical practice, Jessica is a devoted mom who enjoys staying active through CrossFit, dance and spending quality time with her family.
Important Notes:
Controlled Substances: Jessica does not prescribe chronic benzodiazepines or opioids. She is happy to provide tapering plans for clients who wish to safely discontinue these medications.
Disability Paperwork: Jessica does not complete disability paperwork for new clients.
New ADHD diagnosis: Adults presenting with concerns related to ADHD symptoms may be referred to Neuropsychiatry for comprehensive diagnostic testing when clinically appropriate.
