Anna Schaller, Nurse Practitioner

Anna is a dedicated provider at LifeStance Health who works with teens, adults, and seniors. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building on their strengths. With experience serving diverse populations and cultures, Anna understands the barriers many people face in accessing mental health care and strives to make treatment supportive, collaborative, and meaningful. Anna has experience treating a range of concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and challenges related to life transitions. She provides thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each stage of life using evidence-based practice. Anna conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that consider mental health history, medical background, and genetic factors. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, connects clients with supportive services when needed, and prescribes medication when clinically appropriate.
