Mei Leff, Nurse Practitioner

Mei empowers clients to achieve their goals while meeting them where they are on their mental health journey. She specializes in treating trauma and cultural adjustment, focusing on supporting individuals navigating life transitions and challenges rooted in cultural or societal shifts. Her clinical philosophy emphasizes understanding and addressing the complexities of trauma with sensitivity, creating a safe space for healing.

Mei provides expert care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, using evidence-based interventions—including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to foster resilience and well-being. Dedicated to serving diverse populations, Mei works with adolescents, young adults, and adults, including those from LGBTQ+ communities and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Her commitment to inclusivity ensures that her clients feel understood and supported as they work toward improved mental health.

Mei also offers specialized support for first responders and individuals coping with head injuries, providing targeted care to meet their unique needs.

Outside of her practice, Mei enjoys traveling with her family, immersing herself in nature, and exploring different cultures through food and experiences. A lifelong Disney enthusiast, she treasures the joy of Disney movies and theme parks. Recently, she has discovered a passion for playing pickleball, blending fun and fitness into her life.
