Erica Henston helps patients gain relief from complex mental health symptoms through thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care. She provides medication management services to adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Colorado, supporting individuals who are seeking clarity, stability, and improved quality of life. Practicing at LifeStance Health, Erica combines clinical precision with a compassionate approach, ensuring patients feel heard and supported throughout their treatment journey. Her primary clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder. Erica offers medication management tailored to each patient’s history, symptoms, and goals, with careful attention to both mental and physical health. She integrates evidence-based practices and collaborates closely with patients to optimize outcomes. In addition to these core areas, she treats a range of other mental health conditions and co-occurring concerns. Erica is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating substance use concerns, including alcohol and drug use issues. Through medication-assisted treatment and ongoing psychiatric support, she helps patients reduce cravings, manage underlying mental health conditions, and build sustainable recovery plans. Her approach is nonjudgmental, structured, and grounded in harm-reduction principles. She also has specialized training in gender-affirmative medical readiness evaluations and is an in-training facilitator for ketamine and psilocybin therapies, reflecting her interest in emerging treatments for treatment-resistant conditions. She treats adolescents and teens, as well as adults and older adults, and has experience supporting individuals from diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, military members and veterans, and first responders. Erica incorporates CBT-informed strategies and mindfulness-based approaches alongside medication management to support long-term wellness. Outside of clinical work, Erica enjoys reading, traveling, photography, spending time near the water, and relaxing with her two English bulldogs and British Shorthair cat.
