Fanta Cabah, Nurse Practitioner

Fanta Cabah, APRN-PMH, RN, CSR, is dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and seniors across Delaware achieve greater emotional and mental well-being through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she creates a supportive and inclusive environment where clients can explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use. Fanta offers medication management and individual therapy, using a personalized approach that empowers each person to take an active role in their treatment journey. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Fanta brings over 15 years of ICU experience and 10 years of emergency department care to her mental health practice. Her clinical expertise includes managing complex psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, and PTSD/trauma, and she is passionate about providing care that integrates both psychological and physical aspects of health. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she guides clients through thought and behavior patterns that may be holding them back from emotional wellness. Fanta has a deep commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, as well as first responders, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She works with compassion and cultural sensitivity, ensuring that each client feels respected and heard. In addition, Fanta speaks French, allowing her to serve a broader and more diverse population. Outside of her clinical work, Fanta values maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, nutritious eating, and quality time with her family.
