Christina Malloy helps patients stabilize symptoms, restore daily functioning, and move forward with confidence through thoughtful psychiatric care at LifeStance Health. She provides medication management for teens, adults, and seniors across Delaware, supporting individuals who are navigating complex mental health conditions, life transitions, and recovery needs. Christina’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and clinically precise, with careful attention to each patient’s history, goals, and overall wellbeing Her clinical focus includes anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, with additional experience treating substance use concerns through medication management. Christina incorporates mindfulness-based strategies alongside pharmacologic care to help patients better manage stress, emotional regulation, and symptom awareness. She also has experience working with individuals from the adoption and foster care community, first responders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and offers support for a broad range of additional mental health conditions when needed. Outside of her clinical work, Christina is passionate about animal rescue and Down syndrome awareness. These personal commitments reflect her deep sense of advocacy, compassion, and dedication to caring for vulnerable populations, values that strongly inform her work with patients.
