As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and prescriber, she partners with clients to address concerns such as mood changes, anxiety, and focus difficulties, offering individualized care that supports both immediate relief and long-term wellness. Her clinical focus includes treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, with additional experience supporting individuals managing ADHD, sleep disturbances, and other mental health conditions. India takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, carefully tailoring treatment plans that may include medication management alongside evidence-based therapies. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), faith-based treatment, and Christian counseling when aligned with a client’s values, helping individuals build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen resilience.
