Ashley Brandon, Nurse Practitioner
Ashley Brandon, PMHNP, supports individuals and families across Florida with evidence-based psychiatric care that integrates compassion, expertise, and individualized treatment. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she provides services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, offering a wide range of interventions including medication management, individual and family therapy, TMS, and case management. Whether helping a young child struggling with behavior issues or guiding an adult through depression or anxiety, Ashley meets each patient where they are with a thoughtful and collaborative approach. Ashley is especially passionate about addressing the intersection of mental and physical health, working with individuals navigating medical complexities, chronic illness, and somatic symptoms. She provides specialized support for sleep disorders, including CBT for insomnia, and helps patients manage the emotional challenges that can accompany health conditions. Her clinical focus also includes supporting individuals through later-life and midlife transitions, offering guidance for aging-related concerns and caregiver stress. In her work with children, adolescents, and families, Ashley treats conditions such as ADHD, mood disorders, and school avoidance. She is experienced in supporting neurodiverse populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum and those with developmental disabilities. She also offers care for clients in the foster care system and provides inclusive services for LGBTQ+ individuals, military/veterans, and first responders. Her treatment toolbox includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, parenting skills training, and faith-based support for those who request it. Outside of her clinical work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, and connecting with others in her community.
