Meredith Press is committed to helping individuals across Florida improve their mental health through a comprehensive approach that combines therapy and medication management. At LifeStance Health, she supports patients from early childhood through late adulthood, offering personalized treatment for a wide range of conditions. Meredith brings warmth, clinical skill, and a deep understanding of human behavior to each session, creating a safe space where patients feel heard and supported. Meredith specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and works closely with individuals to understand how these challenges impact daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being. Whether helping a child regulate emotions, guiding a teen through difficult transitions, or supporting an adult through work and life stressors, she applies evidence-based practices to promote real and lasting change. Her integrated care model often includes both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, paired with thoughtful medication management when appropriate. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals dealing with alcohol and drug use issues, providing compassionate, judgment-free care that addresses the underlying emotional and psychological patterns contributing to substance misuse. Meredith also supports individuals experiencing post-partum depression, sleep issues, and bipolar disorder, and has experience working with first responders navigating high-stress environments and trauma-related symptoms. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she offers care for additional concerns, using a thoughtful and individualized approach. Outside of her work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her two children and their beloved cat. She finds joy in embracing the playful energy of childhood and cherishes the moments of laughter and imagination that come with parenting.
