Hazel Dean Frasier, Nurse Practitioner
Hazel Frasier helps teens, adults, and seniors across Florida find balance and stability in their mental health. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, she supports patients in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and PTSD, offering both individual therapy and medication management to promote lasting well-being. Hazel is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate complex challenges such as psychotic disorders, grief, and later-life transitions. She takes time to truly understand each patient’s experiences and goals, creating care plans that address both immediate needs and long-term wellness. By incorporating techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices, she helps her patients build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and improve their overall quality of life. Her clinical expertise extends to supporting diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and military veterans. Hazel believes in fostering a safe and respectful space where patients can openly discuss their challenges and actively participate in their path to healing. Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Hazel enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, taking morning walks, and occasionally binge-watching a favorite Netflix series. Hazel is committed to supporting patients across Florida with evidence-based, individualized care that meets them where they are.
