Jasmine Williams helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Florida achieve greater emotional stability and improved daily functioning through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric medication management at LifeStance Health. Serving patients throughout FL, she provides comprehensive evaluations and ongoing treatment planning designed to reduce symptoms, prevent relapse, and support long-term mental wellness. Her care is rooted in clinical excellence, safety, and a deep respect for each patient’s unique story. As a Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber, Jasmine specializes in treating ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression, while also supporting individuals living with bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and post-partum depression and anxiety. She treats children ages 6–10, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, tailoring medication strategies to developmental needs and life transitions. Her visits incorporate principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to strengthen coping skills, reinforce healthy thinking patterns, and enhance the effectiveness of medication management. She also offers additional support for related mood and attention disorders. Jasmine is especially passionate about caring for individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands that the transition from inpatient care to outpatient treatment can feel overwhelming and vulnerable. By providing close monitoring, medication stabilization, and clear communication, she helps patients reduce the risk of readmission and regain confidence as they return to work, school, and family life. Her structured yet compassionate approach ensures continuity of care during this critical period. She has experience serving First Responders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and Military/Veterans, recognizing the distinct stressors these populations may face. Jasmine prioritizes collaborative decision-making and patient education so individuals feel empowered and informed about their treatment options. Outside of her clinical work, Jasmine enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering with nonprofit organizations, traveling, and attending live music events.
