I have worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 30 years. Due to my desire to assist clients with their mental health concerns I returned to school to obtain my PMHNP-BC. My area of expertise is in children and adolescents but I enjoy working with Clients of all ages. It is important to me to build rapport and strong therapeutic relationships with my clients. I specialize in ADHD, adjustment disorders, anxiety, anger/conduct, attachment disorder, Bi-Polar, depression, OCD, trauma, Panic and PTSD.

Dr. Franzen is next level! She actually listens to her patients and cares about their challenges. I’m very been seeing her for 4 years after I kept hearing “Help control the pet population and make sure to take care of your mental health, as it’s just important” on the Price is Right. I see two excellent providers at this facility. They are really good listeners and professional. Our visits are sprinkled with patience and humor. I make the most of the minutes we are together by being completely honest with them. This, of course, allows me to stay out of the psych units at the various hospitals. I'm getting better each day and strongly suggest you consider Lifestance for your mental well-being needs!

The depth, heart felt true caring by their Doctors and Psychiatrists are non-invasive and entirely dependent upon the patient and what they want to share vs. the questions they ask in order to allow the opening for a patient to share what’s needed to properly treat a patient is remarkable! I am the type of person who is very cautious about relationships with people. Debra, is professional at her job and I appreciate her very much. She makes me feel very comfortable.
