Lifestance is great and my Psychiatrist is amazing! The fact that I can do my visits from home is so convenient. My only gripe is that messaging system needs some work. I sent two messages and they went to everyone in staff. There needs to be a better system, maybe an option to choose my psychiatrist. I can select an ongoing threads from the page, but under stress, that can easily slip the mind. It’s not a major issue, though. Im not leaving four stars because this issue doesn’t affect my rating.
