Marie Vilmont-Rhea, Nurse Practitioner
Marie Vilmont-Rhea, RN, NP, helps patients across Georgia find balance, clarity, and lasting wellness through compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric care. She provides medication management and mental health support for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a safe and respectful environment where each individual feels heard and empowered in their treatment journey. Marie is dedicated to helping patients navigate life’s challenges with understanding and clinical expertise, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. Marie is especially passionate about supporting individuals with autism, anxiety, and depression. She takes a holistic approach to care, helping patients better understand how biological, psychological, and environmental factors influence their mental health. Marie values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients and tailors her treatment plans to meet their unique goals, fostering growth, self-awareness, and emotional stability. In addition to her work with mood and attention-related concerns, Marie provides care for individuals coping with trauma, substance use challenges, and women’s health issues such as postpartum depression and midlife transitions. She also has extensive experience working with patients in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as those from diverse cultural backgrounds, including Creole, French, and Spanish-speaking populations. Outside of her clinical work, Marie enjoys traveling, watching movies, playing tennis, doing CrossFit, reading, practicing Taekwondo, and working on DIY projects around the house. Her vibrant interests and global perspective bring warmth and relatability to her practice, helping patients feel comfortable and supported.
