Tobiloba Adewolu, Nurse Practitioner
Hi, I’m Tobiloba Adewolu, PMHNP-BC, and I’m passionate about helping people across Illinois find balance, healing, and hope through compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. At LifeStance Health, I provide medication management for children, teens, adults, and seniors, creating personalized treatment plans that honor each person’s unique story and needs.
I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, psychosis, and sleep issues. My approach combines medication management and therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on listening, collaboration, and shared decision-making. My goal is to make every patient feel heard, supported, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, helping them feel grounded and confident as they return to daily life. I also enjoy working with diverse communities, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, those navigating adoption or foster care, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new cuisines—connecting with different cultures reminds me how unique and resilient people are everywhere.
