Amy Short, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Illinois, known for her compassionate approach and strong leadership in psychiatric care. She holds dual Master of Science in Nursing degrees—one in Nursing Leadership from Chamberlain University and another with a specialization in psychiatric mental health from Maryville University. This unique combination of clinical expertise and leadership training enables Amy to deliver comprehensive, person-centered mental health services.
Amy’s clinical background includes extensive experience as a psychiatric nurse in hospital settings, where she developed a deep understanding of complex mental health conditions.
