Tiffany specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, substance use issues, and trauma related conditions. Her integrative approach combines medication management with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to address the biological, psychological, and emotional dimensions of wellness. Whether supporting someone with bipolar disorder, guiding recovery from addiction, or helping a patient improve sleep and manage chronic pain, Tiffany ensures care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s story.
