His approach blends practical symptom relief with long-term support, so patients can feel better now while still working toward lasting stability.

Olalekan has extensive experience working with people who have more complex needs, including those dealing with substance use, psychosis, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and co-occurring concerns. He also understands how stressful life stages and transitions can be, whether someone is growing up, raising a family, or adjusting to new health or aging-related changes.

Olalekan is passionate about supporting a wide range of communities. He provides affirming care for LGBTQ+ patients, understands the unique experiences connected to adoption and foster care, and offers respectful support for individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. He also works with first responders and veterans, recognizing the demands these roles place on mental and emotional health.

His goal is simple: create a safe, respectful space where people feel heard, understood, and never judged as they work toward feeling better.

Olalekan also speaks Yoruba and is happy to offer care in this language for patients who prefer it. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and playing soccer.
