Since 2012, Margaret has been working in the medical field and heard these concerns repeatedly. Having grown up in a family with five children, she also knows personally what it’s like to be overlooked, lost, or trapped. This collective experience means she’s developed an unparalleled persistence to get to the root of an issue. Margaret helps her clients work through layers to reach a better quality of life.

Through Margaret’s professional experience, she’s learned that if a relationship is off with yourself then most other relationships can be off too. It’s painful to sit with these difficult feelings or internalize others’ expectations. Therefore, she will work with you on your thought processes and, when appropriate, consider how medicine might be a tool. Additionally, combined with Margaret’s past athletic experience, she studies how nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness can affect mental health. Her aim is to examine all factors influencing a patient’s mood.

Margaret was born and raised in Indiana. She grew up in a farming community, graduated from Ball State University, and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from Purdue University.
