I have been with this company over a year now. I am giving them 5 stars because Tyler Smith is my NP and he has motivated me to try to not be on as many meds across my health, listens to me if I need to vent or talk, and isn’t afraid to tell me if I have toxic behaviors that need corrected or if there are people being toxic to me. The only complaint I have about this company is they cannot seem to retain their therapists. I have been thru several. After the last one left, I quit therapy. When you have a history of trauma it’s hard to find even a professional to open up to and trust, let alone going thru several. If you are the CEO of this company, either start paying your therapist enough to stay or offer an excellent benefit package as incentive for them to want to stay. If you are from a rural area, this company offers virtual visits so you may only need to drive to their location twice the first year and once after that, though I will state I am not sure if that is an insurance, bureaucratic, or company policy. They do not take Medicaid, but can refer you to someone who does. They recently changed their answering service which was a step in the wrong direction, but every staff member I have had interactions with has always been pleasant. With some minor tweaks this company could very easily become a number one counseling, therapy, medication management corporation. I am just a normal person who has had some very unfortunate events in my life causing deep trauma that I don’t just hope to heal from, but to become the best version of myself.

Omg, I do not know how many more reviews I can post about Tyler , he is just one of the greatest abd a blessing, he is the perfect match for my mental health. He is a great listener,very patient, caring, and he wants your feedback . Tyler is so easy to talk to make you feel very comfortable with words, how you are feeling, and how you react to situations.. Tyler introduced me to some new coping mechanisms. I am ready to start this new chapter in my life ! I am excited, I am going to give this my best shot because Tyler wants the best for his patients. I am very satisfied ,privileged to have Tyler help me going forward. Thanks Tyler!

Tyler is the best mental health professional I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been his patient for two years now and he’s extremely knowledgeable, warm and trustworthy. In addition to his compassion, he is always up to date on the latest research and information regarding my condition and medications that effectively treat it. He truly cares about your progress and you’d be hard pressed to find a better Nurse Practitioner.

Im new but Everyone seems friendly and helpful. Tyler genuinely cares about my mental.health and he listens and includes me in his decisions of what he thinks is best for me to try. He's been great. Everyome i have come in comtact with has been very pleasant.
