Sylvia Saboutey, Nurse Practitioner

Sylvia Saboutey, PMHNP, is dedicated to supporting patients in Minnesota with compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Through her expertise in medication management, she helps individuals aged 18 and older navigate challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more. Sylvia collaborates closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving overall well-being and fostering resilience. Sylvia has a particular passion for addressing complex mental health concerns, including PTSD/trauma, sleep disorders, and postpartum depression/anxiety. She brings a deep understanding of these conditions and their unique impact on different stages of life, offering empathetic and tailored care to each patient. Her experience working with diverse populations, such as individuals with Autism Spectrum disorders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military personnel, ensures an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment. Fluent in Ewe and French, Sylvia is committed to making mental health services accessible to patients from various linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
