Faith Hicks, Nurse Practitioner
Faith Hicks, PMHNP, helps adults in Minnesota find stability, healing, and new ways forward by offering compassionate psychiatric care. She provides medication management for individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as those experiencing complex transitions in life. Her goal is to create a safe and affirming space where patients feel understood and supported while building a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs and goals. Faith has a deep commitment to supporting young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals from underserved backgrounds. She understands the layered impact of identity, environment, and life circumstances on mental health and is passionate about ensuring that care is inclusive, respectful, and personalized. Whether helping patients cope with trauma, manage symptoms of ADHD, or move through periods of uncertainty, Faith brings warmth, expertise, and a steady presence to the therapeutic process. In addition to her focus on these populations, Faith works with adults facing PTSD, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders, as well as those adjusting to midlife and later-life transitions. She also supports individuals living with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and first responders and military veterans coping with the stressors of service. Patients benefit from her integrative approach, which blends clinical knowledge with genuine care, and she offers additional services for a broad range of mental health needs. Outside of her clinical practice, Faith finds joy in life’s everyday moments. She is passionate about coffee and not only as a drink but as a way to foster connection and community. Some of her happiest times are spent with her husband and teenagers, whether cheering at a football game, sharing a meal, or simply enjoying time together. She also dedicates time to volunteering, which keeps her grounded and connected to service.
