Gabrielle Saunders, Nurse Practitioner
Gabrielle Saunders, PMHNP, is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized mental health care to patients in Minnesota. She specializes in medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults, working with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other complex mental health conditions. With a focus on creating a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship, Gabrielle helps her patients navigate their mental health challenges with evidence-based treatment and personalized care. Gabrielle has extensive experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and postpartum depression and anxiety. She is particularly passionate about supporting those struggling with school avoidance and childhood behavior issues, helping young patients and their families develop strategies to foster emotional well-being and academic success. She also works with individuals experiencing sleep disorders and somatoform disorders, recognizing the strong connection between physical and mental health. In addition to her clinical expertise, Gabrielle is committed to serving diverse populations, including individuals in adoption and foster care, those with Autism Spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ and military/veteran communities. She understands the unique challenges these populations face and tailors her approach to provide inclusive, affirming, and comprehensive mental health support. Gabrielle believes in a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring that each patient feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. Outside of her work at LifeStance Health, Gabrielle enjoys staying active by practicing yoga, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She also loves baking, traveling, and reading, making it a goal to read at least two books each month.
