Jennifer Stevens, Nurse Practitioner

Jennifer Stevens helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults in New Hampshire feel more stable, focused, and emotionally balanced through thoughtful, individualized psychiatric medication management. She provides a calm, supportive environment where patients and families feel heard and respected while navigating challenges related to mood, attention, and emotional regulation. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. Jennifer understands the vulnerability and uncertainty that can follow inpatient care and is deeply committed to creating a smooth, supportive transition back to daily life. She focuses on careful medication stabilization, close symptom monitoring, and collaborative care to reduce the risk of relapse and help patients regain confidence, safety, and independence during this critical period of recovery. Her primary clinical specialties include ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Areas of focus include childhood behavior issues, post-partum depression and anxiety, and sleep disorders, with additional areas of support available. As a prescriber, she provides comprehensive medication management for children, adolescents, teens, and adults, helping to improve focus, emotional stability, and overall daily functioning. Jennifer practices at LifeStance Health and has been providing clinical care since 2024. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and their dog, Molly, playing volleyball and cornhole, traveling to warm destinations, and recharging through hot yoga. She values meaningful friendships and strives to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
