Karissa Ulrich is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults across New Hampshire. With a focus on building strong therapeutic relationships, she believes in a holistic approach to mental health, integrating the biopsychosocial model to tailor her care to each individual. Her practice at LifeStance Health is committed to supporting patients through various stages of life, addressing their unique mental health needs with compassion and expertise. Karissa specializes in treating children and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depression. Her passion for working with younger populations is evident in her individualized care plans, which often include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She emphasizes the importance of evidence-based practice and mindfulness, aiming to educate her patients and their families on managing their conditions effectively. In addition to her focus on younger patients, Karissa also addresses a wide range of mental health disorders, including childhood behavior issues, obsessive-compulsive disorder, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, school avoidance, sleep disorders, grief, and life transitions.
