Elizabeth Bernier, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is dedicated to helping individuals in New Hampshire navigate their mental health journey with compassionate and evidence-based care. She specializes in medication management for a range of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep disorders. Elizabeth understands that every patient’s needs are unique and works collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans that support well-being and resilience. With a deep passion for addressing women’s mental health, Elizabeth provides specialized care for post-partum depression and anxiety, reproductive challenges, and midlife transitions. Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys spending time in nature with her family and friends. Whether gardening, hiking, fishing, swimming, or snowmobiling, she embraces the beauty of each season. She is also an amateur artist, working in a variety of mediums, and enjoys reading science fiction.
