Elizabeth Bernier, Nurse Practitioner

Elizabeth Bernier, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC is dedicated to helping individuals in New Hampshire navigate their mental health journey with compassionate and evidence-based care. She specializes in medication management for a range of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep disorders. Elizabeth understands that every patient’s needs are unique and works collaboratively to develop personalized treatment plans that support well-being and resilience. She is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental approach. With a deep passion for addressing women’s mental health, Elizabeth provides specialized care for post-partum depression and anxiety, reproductive challenges, and midlife transitions. She recognizes the profound impact these experiences can have on emotional and physical health and offers targeted interventions to help women regain stability and confidence. In addition, she helps individuals struggling with grief and trauma, guiding them toward healing with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Elizabeth is dedicated to serving diverse populations, including first responders, military personnel and veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She understands the unique mental health challenges these groups face and tailors her approach to provide culturally competent and affirming care. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where all individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered. Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys spending time in nature with her family and friends. Whether gardening, hiking, fishing, swimming, or snowmobiling, she embraces the beauty of each season. She is also an amateur artist, working in a variety of mediums, and enjoys reading science fiction.
