Kaj Hache, Nurse Practitioner

Kaj Hache helps patients across New Hampshire navigate mental health challenges with clarity, compassion, and evidence-informed prescribing. He supports teens, adults, and seniors in building stability and confidence as they manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, Kaj focuses on medication management that is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in each patient’s goals. Kaj provides care for individuals facing complex stressors, mood symptoms, and substance-related concerns, including medication support for alcohol and drug use issues. He works closely with first responders, military members and veterans, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, offering a space that honors lived experiences and acknowledges the unique pressures faced by each group. His approach centers on safety, open communication, and a steady therapeutic partnership. Kaj’s clinical work spans a wide range of mental health needs, including trauma-related symptoms, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and life transitions—from adolescence into adulthood, through midlife changes, and into older adulthood. He also supports individuals experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety and offers additional help for patients facing health-related psychological concerns. He is especially passionate about working with people navigating major life transitions, whether related to identity, health, or changing roles at home or work. His care emphasizes dignity, autonomy, and practical strategies that strengthen long-term wellbeing. Outside of his clinical practice, Kaj enjoys community theater, traveling, cooking, and staying active—interests that help him stay grounded and creative.
