Joe Fleschner, Nurse Practitioner
Joe Fleschner, APN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who offers compassionate, integrative care to patients across New Jersey. With a focus on holistic health, Joe works collaboratively with each patient to create personalized treatment plans that address both mental and physical well-being. He utilizes evidence-based interventions designed to enrich the mind, body, and spirit, helping patients move toward the peace and stability they seek. Joe specializes in medication management, individual therapy, and TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), providing these services to a wide range of patients, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. Joe is particularly passionate about working with children, adolescents, veterans, and first responders. He understands the unique challenges faced by these populations and is committed to offering tailored care to meet their specific needs. Whether treating childhood behavior issues, trauma, PTSD, or substance abuse, Joe focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel understood and empowered to make positive changes. His expertise in trauma-informed care makes him a trusted resource for those recovering from difficult life experiences, including healthcare workers and individuals in civil service roles. In addition to his clinical work, Joe is experienced in addressing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, and sleep disorders. He also supports patients dealing with reproductive challenges, gender identity concerns, and somatoform disorders. Joe’s holistic approach ensures that patients not only receive treatment for their mental health conditions but also gain tools to improve their overall quality of life. Outside of his practice, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and family, exploring new experiences in food, music, and local activities. He is an avid golfer and enjoys being social, attending live music events, and discovering new places to eat. These personal interests allow him to maintain a balanced lifestyle, which he believes is crucial for maintaining mental health.
