I’m so grateful for Ayshea Beswick, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health New York, she has been incredible in helping me manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, panic attacks, nervous breakdowns and workplace stress. She is patient, compassionate, she cares and she listens. She is thorough with both medication management and coping strategies. She offers flexible virtual and in-person appointments, is always on time, and communicates well with my other providers. She has helped me stay grounded during stressful moments and has truly made a positive difference in my mental health. Highly recommend! She has changed my life for the better!

I’ve worked with Ayshea Beseick , psychiatric nurse practitioner at LifeStance for a while now and I have to say, she is amazing! She listens to me, she really hears me, we discuss how I’m feeling, she explains how medicines works, along with talking things through. She is very knowledgeable, kind and supportive . I’ve recommended two friends to her, I have confidence she will be able to help them as well, she cares about her patience. I really hope lifestsnce Understands what an Asset she is to the company . I had an amazing experience with my psychiatrist last night. She was incredibly attentive and personable, creating a safe and comfortable environment from the start. It genuinely felt like she cared about what I was going through, and she even shared some of her own personal experiences to show I wasn’t alone in this journey. It was reassuring to know that she really understood and connected with what I was feeling. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy for ADHD.
