Eryn Olson, Nurse Practitioner

Eryn Olson helps children, teens, and adults stabilize symptoms, regain confidence, and move forward with personalized psychiatric care as a Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health. She provides medication management services to patients across New York, partnering closely with individuals and families to create thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans that support both mental and physical well-being. Her approach emphasizes careful assessment, clear communication, and compassionate support during every stage of care. Eryn treats children ages 6–10, adolescents and teens, and adults through midlife. She specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, and bipolar disorder, with experience supporting patients who may also be managing complex mood symptoms or co-occurring challenges. Through medication management and mindfulness-informed care, she focuses on improving daily functioning, emotional regulation, sleep, and overall quality of life. Additional areas of focus and services are available to meet diverse clinical needs. A key passion in Eryn’s work is supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands the vulnerability of this transition period and prioritizes continuity of care, medication stabilization, and close follow-up to reduce the risk of relapse or rehospitalization. Eryn works collaboratively to help patients feel grounded, supported, and confident as they reintegrate into daily life, emphasizing safety, symptom monitoring, and long-term stability. Eryn also has experience working with individuals connected to the adoption and foster care system, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those with autism spectrum disorders, offering respectful, inclusive, and developmentally informed psychiatric care. Outside of work, Eryn enjoys hiking with her dog, horseback riding, and strength training at the gym. She also finds balance through reading, cooking, gardening, and crafting, interests that reflect her appreciation for growth, creativity, and resilience.
