Stephanie Weigel, PMHNP, helps adults across Ohio find stability, clarity, and relief through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a nurse practitioner and prescriber at LifeStance Health, she provides thoughtful medication management while taking time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, symptoms, and goals. Stephanie partners with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, offering a supportive and structured approach to improving mental health and daily functioning.

She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital, helping them transition safely back into their daily lives with continuity of care, medication oversight, and ongoing emotional support. Stephanie also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into her sessions, helping patients build practical coping strategies, improve thought patterns, and strengthen resilience. In addition to her core specialties, she has experience addressing a broad range of conditions and offers additional areas of support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Stephanie is committed to providing inclusive care and has experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors gardening and taking walks, as well as connecting with family over cookouts and football games. She is also a passionate advocate for individuals with autism and special needs, which informs her empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
