Michael Kesselring, PMHNP, is committed to helping adults throughout Ohio find balance, resilience, and lasting wellness through thoughtful, individualized care. He provides medication management and individual therapy, working alongside clients to address a wide range of mental health concerns. Michael creates a supportive environment where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to pursue meaningful changes in their lives.

A core passion of Michael’s practice is supporting individuals facing challenges with alcohol and drug use. He understands the complexities of substance use and its impact on overall health and relationships. Through compassionate, evidence-based medication management, Michael partners with clients to support their recovery goals and enhance their quality of life. He is especially honored to work with first responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, and military veterans, offering care that respects their diverse experiences and needs.

Michael also provides expert care for conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD/trauma. Utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, he helps clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate life’s inevitable transitions. His integrated approach ensures that both medication and therapeutic strategies are tailored to meet each person’s unique circumstances.

Away from his practice, Michael enjoys rock climbing, playing guitar, golf, yoga, backpacking, and exploring new destinations through travel. These activities fuel his commitment to personal wellness and offer valuable perspective in his clinical work.
