Nikki Glass is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who takes an integrative, patient-centered approach to mental health care. She combines thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy techniques and holistic strategies, tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. Her goal is not only symptom relief, but helping patients feel more like themselves again and function better in their day-to-day lives.

Nikki earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Akron. With over a decade of experience in mental health and a background in psychiatric nursing prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she takes an informed, evidence-based approach grounded in clinical experience.

She treats a range of conditions across the lifespan, with clinical interests in depression, anxiety disorders, panic symptoms, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and women’s mental health, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).

Nikki is known for her approachable, collaborative style and works closely with patients to create realistic, sustainable treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring home renovation projects, being outdoors, hobby fishkeeping, and unwinding with a great book or a compelling Netflix series.
